I have heard this statement many times and wholeheartedly agree. What I think is important, though, is to reflect on how we make deposits to ensure the richness of our hearts. Like a bank account, regular deposits need to be made to our hearts to ensure a continual growth of that wealth as opposed to one time large deposits. How can we do this? Love the people around you - show them that you care everyday! Find ways to pay forward the kindnesses you receive from others. Most of all, love yourself so that you know what loving is and are then capable of giving love to others more freely and sincerely. A well funded heart account will grow for faster than any back account you could find!
